Capsules were odorless, flavorless and easy to swallow. I take this alongside a few other supplements as well as a multivitamin daily. Overall its hard to gauge results with most supplements but since starting I have noticed an overall sense of wellbeing and a reduction in stress. Muscle definition is up noticeably without an extra effort on my part. Overall highly recommend Pregnenolone, and this brand has proven to be safe and effective for me.

This Pregnenolone supplement comes with 100 Tablets in the bottle, at 100 mg in each tablet. The dosage being only 1 tablet means there is 100 servings in 1 bottle! That's a great value! I appreciate 3 or more months serving's in each bottle, or multiple ingredients in a supplement, before I call a supplement a great value.The bottle claims that pregnenolone is a supplement to help with hormone balance, and thereby increasing energy levels and mood. I've never heard of this supplement before, but I do trust this brand to deliver a product that won't harm me while I'm giving it a try.The tablet is white, flat, easy to swallow and has a very slight metal smell to it. It doesn't have any taste though, so that's a relief! I've had no side affects or adverse affects of it.I would highly recommend giving this a try!

This supplement did not do anything for me, but your mileage my vary. My biggest gripe is that the supplement isn't coated in anything. This makes it like a large aspirin and a bit harder to swallow. The aftertaste is pretty bad as well. Overall, the only positive thing I can say is that based on the amount - it seems to be a decent value for the cost.

While I haven't noticed any positive effects from the Pregnenolone yet, I can at least say there have been no negative effects! Nothing to complain about taste or smell wise, and they haven't upset my stomach or anything like that. They seem to be a high quality Pregnenolone option.

I like that the brand is made in California. You get a good amount for the price.If you've done your research and know that pregnenolone is right for you, then I think this supplement is a good one. I was hoping to take it for PMDD, but I've read differing research on it so I'm not sure if it is going to be as helpful as I initially thought. However, it seems safe enough to try for a bit, only time will tell.

They've now added a Neurogan Health division which offers a variety of non-CBD supplements, like this product; these are probably made for them by a contract manufacturer, since the label on this product says it is "manufactured for Neurogan Inc" rather than "manufactured by", but the label does also say "Made in USA".The separate website for Neurogan Health says, "At Neurogan Health, we rigorously test all our products at every stage of the manufacturing process, to ensure our purity+potency guarantee is backed by third-party lab testing". It also promises to provide lab test results on their website, though it looks like some of them (including the one for their pregnenolone) haven't been posted yet.The bottle comes with outer and inner safety seals, and cotton inside to prevent tablet breakage. The one I received in November 2023 says on the bottom that it expires in October 2025.
