Really good quality
We have three of these toilet seats. Gradually needed to replace all the original toilet seats to the toilet fitments as they have got older and reluctant to pay the huge price for the manufacturers toilet seat that matches it. This toilet seat is versatile and has fitted our Heritage, Vitra and Burlington toilets equally as well. Tight fitting no wobble of the seat you would think it original to the toilet. Highly recommend

Does what it says, never slips.
I've fitted 3 of these in a care home and was so impressed I bought one when our loo seat kept slipping. Soft close and easy to fit, even comes with fitting tools but I prefer to use my own. Good quality and robust.

Iffy instructions
First appearances are good, the toilet seat itself and the nuts and bolts etc. It also includes the tools you need, an Allen key and a nifty nut key, which made tightening the bolt so much easier. The spacer is a really good addition too.The things I don't like about this toilet seat are the instructions: it has some pictures with visual depictions but no number to order them, or written instructions actually explaining what to do. I actually missed a couple of steps because of them not being included in the written instructions, which likely lead to my less than favourable impression of the fitting process.The sticky pads that are meant to help fitting are little more than a gimmick. They do not stay stuck when you want them and yet when you want to reposition slightly, they suddenly have so much grip. This is especially disappointing as it's one of the reasons I bought this seat; my cats enjoy using the seat to reach the window, so my last seat came loose quite often. The grip aspect of the seat was hopefully meant to stop that but I'm not sure how it'll help now.I will try and remember to update this in a few months.
