Did not work
This was a terrible product. The roller would not engage the bed plate, and thus the bed did not roll when turned. I was really looking forward to making drypoint etchings, and had to return the press. It also did not come with the brayer as it was supposed to.

Difficult to use
My biggest complaint with this press is that the metal plate won't engage and roll unless there's sufficient pressure from the top plate. This has the net effect of requiring the top roller to be adjusted at the beginning of a print and then again when you get to paper and acrylic sheet (I'm doing drypoint).Other than that. It's a fairly sturdy press.

Inexpensive, well built and works well for some types of printing
This is a well made little press and it works well for many purposes. It has to be bolted down to be able to use it because of its light weight, but there are several YouTube videos showing various easy methods for doing this, The downside of this press is that the upper roller is only 1-1/2 inch in diameter. This makes it very difficult to do decent intaglio printing. It should be a minimum of 3 inches and preferably 4 inches or more for intaglio printing.. Another point is that the dimensional picture shows that the crank arm is only 5 inches long which would render the press useless, but it is actually 8 inches and is sufficient for reasonable ease of turning. Anyway, it works well for relief printing, and is a lightweight and inexpensive press for those not needing something bigger and more expensive. The next step up in quality presses of this size is about six times the cost of this one.
