This was a gift for my son in law and daughter. They ate it. They liked it. It did not send them to ER. My regards to the ewe sheep who contributed to it.

Why didn’t I know of this
This cheese is awesome absolutely great flavors, not too strong but not mild either. Not a pungent cheese either and what I would call semi soft, it can be cut easy cold or warm.For those wondering you can eat the rind on this brand of Manchego but not all, this brand has a certified stamp on it and to sell it according to that the normal waxy rind is removed however the rind that is left on it while safe to eat certainly may not appeal to all.Also it’s a very nice sized chunk you get so a very good value as this is one of the better Manchego cheese’s.
