Excellent customer service! If youre issues aren't too bad, these will probably work for you!
I want to send a huge shout out to Kusha from the Primal Step customer service team. When I reported having issues with my purchase breaking he sent me a replacement, and when those broke he sent me the next size up. Make sure you get the right size! I got the S/M originally, cause I really don't have the biggest feet. This was a mistake on my part, I should have gotten the large. The S/M is definitely thinner on the material and I am definitely using the product in a pretty heavy duty way.I walk (only walking, NOT running) several miles a day with them on to keep my toes in better alignment. The loop between the big toe and second toe broke on my first two pairs. With the size large pair I got from Kusha, they took a little bit to get used to, and they may still be just a tad too big, but I think they are okay and the thicker material seems to be tough enough for how I'm using them. For this price, you're getting a pretty darn good product. It should be made clear though that I don't think this product would be enough for someone with SEVERE issues with their toes/alignment/etc. Folks with those issues probably need something from a doctor. If you have fairly minor to medium issues, then this product will probably be great for you! It took me awhile to get used to them, but I feel as though my pain level is much better now than it was and I can walk for much longer. They fit perfectly under my socks and shoes, after a couple of weeks now I don't even notice them. I only realize that the pain is better when I think about it.Thanks Kusha and Primal Step!

Plantar Fascitis Gone!
I have wide feet and high arches and am physically active. I learned from watching a great female podiatrist's channel on YouTube how typical narrow shoes and arch support make people's feet and toes weak and lead to foot pain. She recommends toe spacers, foot and toe exercises, wide toe box shoes, and lower drop shoes. I started with the toe spacers and after wearing them in the morning for a bit and/or before bed the plantar fascitis that I was getting went away. If it flared up I would wear these toe spacers more and the pain would quickly go away. After doing the exercises and weening off of my arch supports I'm ready for the "barefoot" shoes. When I wear shoes with a lot of arch support my feet hurt. If you are experiencing any of these things I highly recommend these spacers (though not medical advice!) They are well made. But you should put them on and off carefully as the band that goes around the big toe isn't that thick so if you aren't careful you can rip it. They are very inexpensive so I recommend buying two, just in case.

Are they reversible?
It sure seems like they work better the other way with the lobe facing the joints between your toes and the squared off edge facing out it says to do it the other way in the pictures but it certainly fits better the other way either way they seem to work fine.

I like them but want to like them more-not proportional
The material is very soft and comfortable. However, the spacers between the toes are all about the same size. So, the space between my big toe and the next digit (digits 1 and 2) is the same as the space next to the pinky toe (digits 4and5).So, there is almost no stretch occurring at my big toe, so digits 1and2(basically no more stretch than wearing flip flops) and the space between 3 and 4 is so large toe 4 is pushed far laterally to start, and toe 5 the pinky is pushed so far it’s not close to a physiologic location by the time the other toes are in place.I wear a size 7,5 or 8 women’s shoe, which may be part of the size issue (small feet?) but the space between the big toe and the second really does need to be larger, and the others, particularly the last one, could be smaller.

They feel great!
These are great! I bought them out of curiosity honestly but I do have some occasional discomfort in my feet from wearing closed toe shoes to work every day. As soon as I put these on, I felt instant relief. I want to keep them on forever and never take them off, lol. My feet feel so relaxed now! They’re a bit “rubbery” and stretchy to fit around your toes.

My new daily ritual
I use these toe straighteners every evening. At first I couldn't tell if they help but within a few days the stiffness and pain started to ease. Now it's part of my daily unwind ritual. I love how relaxed my feet feel after a long day. It's an easy and effective way to support foot health.

Gave me back my balance
Years of poor foot posture threw off my balance and gait. These separators are slowly correcting years of neglect. I'm walking more naturally and even feel less pain in my knees. They're not a quick fix but the long-term payoff is real. Patience and consistency make a huge difference.

Whole in product
Had a whole in one of them but it still works and works fine but it'll probably break soon.
