The process works
What a fabulous toy. My Grandson loves Trolls so I ordered this thinking we could do it together at weekend. He was so excited when I told him that on the day it was due to arrive he asked if he could track the parcel”it’s only three stops away” he excitedly told me. We opened the boxes and found a fluffy little ball” it’s viva” we wash the ball as instructed and magically a viva troll emerged. We have since order another and got poppy and he is hoping for another.

Is correct item but it’s a repackaged used item. Not great considering the price is the same as other places and the box has been open and all beaten up. I can’t see anywhere were it says on the title or description that this is the case.
