The media could not be loaded. I love the fact that I can control the car with the remote and it’s very easy to assemble. My daughter loves it as well. The different speed functions are a plus along with the Bluetooth and FM radio. It’s very stylish, the battery life last for about 4 days, and the price is great for this product.

Definitely get the bang for your buck! My son was ecstatic to get his first ride on car and when I tell you the quality is beyond my expectations..I mean it! We’ve used it for 2 weeks without draining battery life. The color is just as pictured and it is definitely fun and recommended for kids. It functions manually and by remote control.

The Kidzone 12V Licensed Bentley Bacalar Ride-On Car has garnered attention for its stylish design and features, but my experience after a 2 yrs of very very minimal use has been disappointing.Performance IssuesInitially, the car provided an enjoyable experience for my child, with its realistic appearance and engaging functionalities like a remote control for parental oversight. However, after one year of regular use, one of the wheels stopped working. It appears that the motor associated with that wheel has failed, rendering the car inoperable.Customer Service ExperienceIn an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to the company for a replacement part. Unfortunately, I never received a response. This lack of customer support is particularly frustrating, as it leaves me stuck with a non-functional product.Overall SatisfactionWhile the ride-on car was fun and engaging initially, the failure of a key component and the unresponsive customer service have led to significant dissatisfaction. I expected better durability and support for a product aimed at children. As it stands, I cannot recommend this ride-on car due to these shortcomings.
