This is good for your hair when u use it regularly with your carer oil (coconut or castor oil) at least twice a week for 3 months gives good results. I am happy with this purchase.

I can’t say if this helps with hair strength or growth or any of those things but it’s nice and soothing to put on your hair when it’s itchy and smells good too.

I’ve used a few different brands of rosemary oil in the past, and I’ll now be going back to them. This one has a tingling sensation on the scalp, and smells awful in comparison to the others.
