Have yet to install these but my husband is excited to try them out. The material looks sturdy and all pieces were accounted for. Will come back once we get installed and tested.

They are great little shocks for my tool box.

They will work on my toolbox but be aware that they're not true 10-in. Senator Center on the holes is 9 and 3/4. In my case it didn't make much of a difference but I noticed the toolbox doesn't open as far and if you have limited space may not work for you

The lift supports were stated to be 10 inches long. They sorta were, but really were not. Industry standard is to measure center to center at the sockets. These measure about 9.5 center to center and 10 center of one end to outside of other end. Therefore they are over 10 outside to outside, and under 10 center to center. Luckily, it is not a big deal to me for the application I am using them for, but beware if exact length is an issue. In the picture, the original is the longer and the new is shorter and they are shown measured from different points. Other than length, they were a good replacement.
