Guaranteed sleep
These are a must have for those who struggle to drop off or stay asleep. I take the m 20 mins before bed and it’s as though the volume gets muted in your head and you drift off into a wonderfully relaxing sleep. Won’t be without them now.

A plastic bottle of gummies. Sweets that are meant to be good for you and nice to eat also.This one is slightly bigger than most as instead of the usual sixty it has one hundred and twenty in there. The recommended maximum dose is two a day, so these will last you two months.There is a paper seal under the cap which has to be cut off.See the product listing for what they're made from. As it's a long set of words. It's all natural and vegan friendly though.The gummies are somewhat dome like in their shape. They go down very quickly in three bites. But also are very easy to chew. No real effort required. The flavour is described as raspberry. I would concur with that.Very good value in price considering how many you get, so that is appreciated. A very good lot of gummies. Worth a go.

Gummies
These are higher strength than previous ashwagandha gummies I've had but as it is stand alone I'm not finding it as effective as ones with added extra ingredients but it is still a good way to wake up in the morning. I have mine just as I wake, before starting the day, and it does make a difference, even subtly. I will go back to using the gummies that have added rhodiola. The ashwangandha helps with reducing stress but the rhodiola gives a wee bit of energy. These are good if it is more just the relaxation you need.
