It does the job well but you have to understand that they will break with use. I also wish that they can sell 3 pieces of medium or hard level separately.

No improvement at all, all it did was cause jaw aches and pains. It felt like I was pushing my jaw muscles to its limit rather than excersizing it. Just chew gum if you want a stronger jaw, it tastes better and is way less painful.

I purchased this jawline exerciser, and it's been a game-changer! The design is effective, comfortable, and easy to use. After consistent use, I've seen visible improvements in my jawline definition. Highly recommended!
