Arrived alive with lots of bugs
Arrived alive and ready to release. Not so great for Florida because the lizards eat most of them. Hopefully they're some survivors.

Live Ladybugs
When I opened the box the ladybugs were in a mesh bag. All appeared alive and moving around. I promptly placed them in the fridge and will update this review later when I release them into my garden. I received clear instructions in the package.Update- I got these ladybugs because my cucumber plants were overrun by aphids. After placing these awesome ladies and gents on my plants I'm pleased to say the aphids are gone! My cucumbers are thriving again! Will purchase more in the future!

Arrived safely
I was warned I may get a few dead bugs, by all are alive and well. I got the “ convergent lady beetle” variety it looks like and should work well.

Ladybugs were active and happy when delivered!
I was worried because it has been hot recently but when the box was delivered, they had cut holes in the box for ventilation and all of the ladybugs were alive and very active!I immediately brought them outside and released them in my garden. Some flew around immediately while the rest have been wandering through the plants.

Be careful
We ordered these in March. It says that if you order between March and May that a good percentage of the lady bugs will be dead. This is true. We ordered 300, and perhaps 30 were alive. They are slowly munching aphids. Some are mating, so we may get a new generation yet (the jury is out). However, on the front end, we were expecting a much larger percentage to be alive when thy got here.
