Brluant idea for cooking chicken or turkey.
Just cooked our first chicken on it. Chicken was browned beautifully and it was very moist and meat fell off the carcass when carved. Potatoes cooked beautifully and crispy in the bottom in the chicken juices. We put water in the middle and as a bonus the water evaporated into the chicken and it was replaced by chicken fat juices. Made lovely gravy.

Lovely product . I used it for cooking chicken. The juice goes in the bottom and you can use it for gravy or put it back in the chicken .
