Fits my bike & fits into my trainer at a good price point
TL;DR - better than the Saris thru axle at half the price.I ride a Trek Emonda road bike and ride on a Saris M2 trainer. I bought the thru axle from Saris ($50) and used it for a year until I lost one of the screws and beveled spacers that allowed me to attach my bike to my trainer. To be fair, I used this thru axle outdoors when I lost it, which you're not supposed to do, so that's on me.Saris doesn't and wouldn't sell me the one component I needed and was going to make me replace the whole thing for $55. I looked at Robert Axle Project and it was the same price (although they have a great tool to tell you which axle you need for your bike and it's dimensions). Out of sheer annoyance, I took a risk on this product, hoping that it would be what I needed at a very reasonable price ($25).Well guess what, it not only works but I would go as far to say that it's BETTER than the Saris thru axle. It was easier to install, looks better on my bike, and somehow fits my trainer better than the true OEM's product. I cannot recommend this product enough. I never write reviews but I'm writing this out of pure joy that I was able to get what I needed at half the price - and there's some pettiness towards Saris and Robert Axle Project in here too.

Just What I Needed
A friend gave me an indoor trainer so I could get some riding time during bad weather. Normal thru-axle won't fit on the trainer but this new axle did the trick. Axle included a couple of spacers to fine tune the length to your particular trainer and mine fit well and it sits firmly in the trainer.

works great
Worked great for bringing my trek checkpoint 2023 inside for the winter to use on the trainer.

Thread not the same
Despite it being labelled as M12 P1.0, the same as my through axel, it did not fit so returning it.

Works great
Works perfectly with my Trek Emonda on my Saris M2, plus it costs half as much as the Saris branded version. Only downside is that it requires an additional 4mm hex driver to remove in addition to the main 6mm hex, so if you are planning to use this when not on the trainer, make sure you bring toolkit so you don’t get stranded with a flat.

works
Does what it was supposed to do. I was able to attach my Posiedon gravel bike to my Saris trainer.

Doesn't fit
I bought this based on what the Trek website said would fit my bike. It's nowhere close. I need one the size of the quick release axle that came with the Deuter MT04 trainer but a little bit longer.
