I received this phone in a brown box well packaged great appearance . Thescreen is clean as well. Battery life is running long as well. There is no scratches on this phone or bents. The phone works well so far and I love it, I dont know if later it will give problems but till now working great for a refurbished phone great quality. Great value for money.Thanks again

I didn't get the key to open the sim card slot!

advertising a two year warranty, After 6Months The device Was Playing up, couldn't receive any phone service, couldn't receive phone calls, or call out. This device was faulty eventhough it stated that it was in "excellent" condition, the seller was extremely useless, 9 help or support. Don't bother with this seller.

Working great

The media could not be loaded. Phone arrived in pristine condition Phone diagnostics went well there is no issues with the Phone, there are not scratches or dents it arrived like new. Arrived well packaged would highly recommend seller. Wasn't able to finish the remaining diagnostic as I had no wireless charger or wired headphones

Can not think of anything I dislike.Super fast. Great camera lenses. S-pen. Good Internet connection. Clear speaker for phone and playing media. Lots of Apps. Game Apps. Good value for money getting a refurbished phone as compared with full new price. Battery life is not bad. Can use wireless charger.
