Took this while preggo and it was really helpful to get and keep my levels up.

I just started taking these iron pills about a week ago. They make me feel ill for some reason. I took someone's advice to take them directly before or immediately after eating AND with a glass of OJ, but I still feel somewhat nauseous. The feeling eventually passes, but after about an hour or two. I live on an island and I'm constantly hydrating so that can't be the issue. I just think the dosage is too strong for me personally.I'm trying to stick with taking them for at least a month to see if my hemoglobin levels rise. I'm currently at 6.9 which the doctor says is critical. So I'm hoping for better results after taking these. I will update after my next appointment!

I like that I AM ABLE TO TAKE THIS ON AN STOMACH without experiencing tummy pains. Emphasis on the word "I".... So, you may want to continue taking this supplement with meals.I haven't had lab work yet done to check my iron, however I have noticed that my dark, under circles are almost completely faded and all my hyper pigmented skin has went back to its normal complexion.

These are definitely worth the money. I was advised by my doctor to start taking iron supplements because of my iron deficency. Once I take these, I notice a change in energy. I will be buying these again.

I love this brand. I buy most of my supplements from them and they seem to be high quality and I've never had pills broken or capsules opened up or broke inside the bottle when I've received it. Plus you can't beat the price really for these products.
