I got the “gray”, not the dark gray sofa. There are some pictures from other reviewers that seem to be lighter and darker than the actual sofa because they were taken in weird light. I took a gamble, and the sofa is truest to the actual product photo. The fabric is good quality, the cushions are firm but will loosen a bit with time, and the storage under each seat is an awesome touch. The reclining backs and arms are nice, but I wonder if they will hold up. So far so good. It feels sturdy, and I like that there is a foot under each arm rest for extra support, in case someone sits on the arm rest.I like when a product is clever and this one is. It didn’t come in too many boxes because cushions were stored inside the seats, and there were plenty of extra parts for assembly. The instruction booklet is a little hard to understand, but since it doesn’t have many parts, it’s easy after you figure it out. Each box also comes with a nice reversible flat head and Philips screw driver. I’m not mad that I have several now.I don’t know how well it will hold up, but it looks like it’ll last a while. This is better quality than I see at many furniture stores.

Overall about what I was expecting quality wise. Legs are cheap plastic. Assembly was straightforward. I did it by myself in roughly 1 hour. Seats are firm but not overly firm. Quality is about what I think you shoul expect for the price point. Some stitching isn't great and there were plenty of loose threads that needed to be cut off. Storage is a nice feature and the mechanism for opening and closing seems like it will hold up.I would say the seat is narrow from front to back especially with the back pillows. If you are a wider person and intend to lay down across the couch you may want to consider other options. The amount of space does improve some when you adjust the rear seatbacks to be slightly slanted and this did increase the comfort. Also, the seat backs look cheaper than the front of the couch. Our couch is placed in the middle of a room so one of the back sides is exposed and it doesn't look great. If the couch were placed in an actual corner it would look a little cleaner.Overall, I still think its a decent value for the money but don't expect this to compare with higher end couches from a fit and finish standpoint.

This couch is perfect for the price. So much storage and everything can be moved and connected to fit exactly how you want. Would definitely recommend.

I definitely recommend paying attention to the dimensions. It feels smaller than I was expecting. It's a good size I was just expecting that oversized look. It's a fine couch especially for the price I think it's way better than the price tag. We're planning to buy an extra seat and ottoman just to give us both a foot rest. We just didn't want to spring for all of that at once. I love that it's modular and that all of the seat have storage.

First off I love this couch. It's comfortable especially since I'm pregnant. It gives me enough support and its nice that I can change it around easily.I would say that this is a 2 person job to put together but don't take my word since I'm pregnant. It was super easy but the instructions was a little weird to understand.If you have pets...it's easy to vacuum but be cautious because the fabric is easy to stick out. I haven't found a safe way to fix it without cutting it.When it did come in some of the seats had frayed pieces but they haven't caused to much issues. Also the couch might get sent in multiple packages. Just reach out to them about getting a estimated delivery date.

Great customer service! I ordered this couch after having a chance to try one my friend bought. Pros: spring cushion back, storage, modular construction for versatility and transport. I received the modular U-shaped couch #3 setup but had one box lost by Fedex. I also had an issue with the stitching on two of my couch arms. Belfinn customer service stayed in communication to address my concerns. They shipped me the missing box immediately along with 2 new arms. All my issues were quickly addressed hence the 5-star.The couch setup took longer than 30 min. but was easy as a one-person job. The couch seems like a good purchase for the price point.

We were looking for something to replace our furniture in our camper that was versatile and offered storage. This worked for us b/c we could order exactly as much as we needed to fit the space. It’s not the most comfortable furniture we’ve ever owned but is 1,000 times more comfortable than the cheap rv couch that came in the camper! We removed our table and the couch and replaced it with this. The storage under each seat has been exactly what we needed to replace what we lost under the dinette benches plus some! I was worried a little about weight with it being in our slide but these are lighter than what was already in the camper.
