Bakers know that adding milk or (especially) water to confectioners' sugar doesn't really get you a nice white icing. This stuff does the trick. The more you use, the whiter it gets. BUT -- add too much and the taste is affected, and not in a good way. So use sparingly.

When my go-to food coloring gel brand was not available, I needed to find a new food coloring gel that would provide vibrant color and most importantly, be safe for nut allergies. That's when I came across Ann Clark. I was a little nervous from some of the previous reviews stating that the seal arrived open but I decided to order. I am happy to say that mine arrived quickly, was well sealed and well labeled for allergy concerns. Would definitely recommend.

I use this white food coloring with a little bit of purple to give my buttercream that bright white color and it does a greay job. The amount you get is a great value, one squeeze bottle lasts me a couple of months and I do multiple cakes a week. It also doesn't add any bad taste to the frosting, which tends to be an issue with other brands.

I like this white food color. Works great for my royal icing! Does not affect the taste, easy to use and great value for the bottle. It has last me a while. Would buy again.
