They do a decent job but Spanx suck you in more. This will smooth you out so you don't have rolls but sucking you in one size only Spanx is able to do that. These were good in a pinch for an outfit that fit snug but I could still get in. If you have some old pants you want to get into but they you slightly bigger these won't suck you in enough. they would be good for dreesses but pants with no stretch that would be a no, test before taking them on a trip

Could of use medium so it will be tighter , confortable , I’m 5.4 180 lbs

Does not roll down or dig into thighs. Very comfortable for shape wear.

Gives a defined rounded shape, although does press the fat inside like high rise pants or leggings

Not nearly as strong as Spanx
