Its tooo much. Its not even properly stiched the productAnd the threads are coming out.and unable to use it because of threads are hanging while wearing it and it was so disturbed to sleep also andThis product has different sizes of eyes and the material is not that much soft and cushiony and it is very distrubing while sleepingAnd I demanded to refund for the this product

It's soft but the strap is weak and uncomfortable
The softness of the mask is great, I don't even feel it on my eyes. The problem is with the strap; it's too weak and uncomfortable. After just using it for one day, the strap broke off. I managed to sew it back but the strap is still uncomfortable to my head. Overall the product is good.
