Was taking a different brand before. I'm on day 1 with these and will adjust my review down the road. But the previous product I used was One a Day for men, even though the direction say to take 2. But these on the other hand, only state to take 1! That off the bat makes it 5 stars. And it has the added fishoils that the OneADay didn't have. I'm sure these will be fine!

better than most at a good price

Has a tad bit of a fishy smell, but thats to be expected since it has fish oil in it. I don't smell it once it dissolves like some other fish oils. Great value for the price

This was my 1st experience with soft gels (1000mg). I admit to having trouble swallowing pills. Compared with capsules I find these a similar size and with smooth sides but these seem slightly heavier. I have gotten a few down but usually suffer some varying degree of gag reflex. The last one I tried was just too much and I feel compelled to toss the rest. It likely may be mostly in part to my own psychological reaction. If you don't have this built in difficulty as I do they may be fine for you. I don't doubt that they are a healthy supplement.

I take these daily and feel they have made a difference for me personally!
