We used it for the top of our fountain. Very beautiful

Bought it to replace the cork lid on a glass water dispenser and it works well, fits perfectly. Would work well for photography also since it is very clear.

These clear glass spheres are specialized lenses. You can make stands from PVC or and plastic pipe. Great for " science fair" projects.

My glass sphere from Duosuny has some tiny bubbles and particles beneath the surface and a slightly rippled image when looking thru some parts of it. I knew it didn't include a stand or carry bag -- I'm just relieved it wasn't more damaged because it was wrapped in a torn piece of newspaper, put inside a small flimsy cardboard box with no tape to keep it closed, and was shipped in a plastic bubble envelope. For the price I won't bother returning it as it suits my needs as a "spare" to toss in a bag on walks, but there are other sellers offering similar items at a much better quality / value / price (MerryNine, Glam Hobby, Longwin...).

This 4" glass ball is as described and appears to be without flaws. Compared to other similar products, it's a good value.

Unlike other reviews, the sphere I received did not come with a stand or any other way to store or display the sphere when it wasn't in use (checking the description now, neither were stated to be included, so this is not the reason for my score, just an observation to benefit others considering this item). The packaging consisted of a plain cardboard box and a single sheet of newspaper. The glass itself appears to be unblemished and I cannot see any bubbles or other imperfections that others have reported. It will serve its intended purpose.

This was the perfect size for my husband’s King Jareth costume. It really completed the look!

It occludes perfectly (to the naked eye) with a circular, machined hole slightly less than the sphere's diameter. It appears (again, to the naked eye), perfectly clear. I couldn't ask for more.
