Cream separator works great! If you don’t put together like instructions say then it leaks and/or won’t work correctly!Only 4 stars for 2 reasons: first the cream thickness adjustment screw cannot be adjusted unless you take it apart. Not convenient at all. That needs to change somehow. However, once it is set you probably rarely want to change it.Second, it has so many pieces and parts to clean. Definitely have a bunch of milk to separate to make it worth your time. Even though the actual separating process doesn’t take long, the disassembling, cleaning about 25 parts, let dry, then reassembling takes a lot longer than actual separating. And you DO want to clean every single time!However, it does the job and does it well if you follow the instructions.
