The best lecithin for health
best lecithin, soy free. Does not increase estrogen levels. Helps with powerful and brain activity, protects the liver. Ideal for the whole family. I give my son this lecithin throughout the school year.

An excellent alternative to using Soy Lecithin, much less Estrogenic effects with Sunflower Lecithin, compared to Soy Lecithin....although there is still some estrogenic effects with Sunflower Lecithin so be aware.

Do not buy!
These tablets are HUGE! Impossible to swallow so a waste of moneyEven though the product describes states ‘one dose, one tablet’. You also actually have to take TWO tablets making them double the price even if you could swallow!
