Easy to install
Unit was pretty much plug and play. Just verified the dip switches to make sure they were correct and installed to connections on my RV. We were upgrading from a 13.5k to 15k to help offer a better output for our RV. Will see how it does this summer but have our fingers crossed it will stay cool with no issues.

It was delivered damaged
It was damaged beyond repair when it was to be installed. Now we have to wait for a new one.

Needs to be packaged better when it is shipped
Three of the four top cover screws on the lid were broke at the corners when I unpacked it The rest of the unit looks okay but I haven't hooked it up yet

insist UPS not deliver. whom ever delivers have them open the box if front of you
came broken up i the box. the shroud bult hole was broken off. the two squirrel cage fans were bent and would not turn. the plastic cap for the AC compressor was broker off. Just terrible condition
