This is the third umbrella I have purchased from this company. One for me and one each for my college grandsons. This umbrella is beautiful, strong and very different. For the grandsons, I purchased designs based on their interest. They are carried everyday in their backpacks.

Absolutely the best umbrella I ever bought. Very durable, UV protection, beautiful design, is stable in high winds, has a great carrying bag, excellent open and close mechanism that doesn’t jam. I bought five of these are ready for other family members, and everyone loves it. Nice choice of designs for the inside, so you can enjoy a nice print on the inside while you’re on a rainy day. The absolute perfect umbrella. Not too heavy, slightly bulky, but it opens up to a nice size. Easy to carry in a backpack or carrying bag. Absolutely best umbrella I have ever bought.

I love this umbrella! The way it opens and closes instantly with a button press is super useful for getting in and out of my car in the rain. And wow, is it sturdy! No worries about opening on a windy day.I had a small issue with a loose part and after sending a photo to Rochell with Customer Care I had a replacement in my hands just a few days later! I really appreciate a company that stands by their warranty. I highly recommend the Tumella umbrella!

This is an excellent umbrella, nice and compact when closed and large enough for two elementary-aged kids to share when open - as long as they like each other! It is a bit heavy, but I appreciate that's probably due to sturdy components. It also comes with a nice matching sleeve for storage, which helped keep it neat and in good condition when not in use. This was purchased in the fall for the school year, our kids walk about a mile to school every day. It's worked great up until now, but the last rainy day they had it wouldn't close properly when they got home. It was stuck halfway - the stick fully extended, but the canopy closed - and would neither fully open nor fully close. I contacted Tumella via their website / email and received a phone call from customer support the same day! After a brief conversation explaining the situation, a replacement was arranged and shipped to us. I was really impressed with their customer service, both the speed with which my concerns were addressed, and the personal touch of calling to address the problem.

This is from a Texas guy where we regularly get 30-60MPH winds. This is probably the best compact folding unbrella I've ever had. Period. Now I have not fully tested it yet, but the initial quality, look and feel are fantastic. I definitely recommend this as the perfect compact travel unbrella. BTW The Amsterdam note that comes with this is a cool touch.

First, I received my replacement. I sent them a picture of the broken stem and they asked for the order number. I bought it two years ago!! Replaced and no other questions asked other than did I receive and did I test the new one. I give them five stars for great customer service. Emailed them, got a response within two days, got my replacement within two weeks. Thank you very much for my replacement. Very nice folks to communicate with via email. They kept their word for lifetime replacement.Next, why did I even try to get a replacement? Well, I really like my umbrella. Durable, opens/closes easily, compact and sturdy. It holds very well against strong winds!Why then did it break and needed to be replaced? I accidentally stepped on one of the ends and broke the stem. Not because it did not hold well through heavy rain, strong winds, but was my mistake.Wish you well Tumella company!
