It's a hard time when it comes to adjusting the height of the pillow and it mainly works for shorter people, its soft but it also doesn't seem worth the money since the memory foam doesn't work with certain headrests as there isn't enough friction to hold it tight, even with the velcro straps. the straps are cheap as they can barely hold on and it gives me a headache adjusting it every red light
