This is one of few B12 products on amazon that is additive and filler free, it’s just the pure cyanocobalamin, which I think is better if it’s sublingual. It’s also hard to find cyanocobalamin products and this type of b12 has been proven to be more effective in scientific study trials at correcting deficiencies than the other types of b12 and it’s more stable apparently than the other kinds. The bottle is also quite big and lasts for several months and I’ve been using a lot of it to correct a deficiency and still have over three quarters of a bottle left. I take a much higher dose than is recommended on the bottle, I took 20 drops per day for 2 weeks to correct a deficiency, then 10 drops per day from then on, eventually I’ll reduce it to 3 or 4 drops per day when I feel I don’t need as much, it’s best to keep it in the fridge too. As b12 is water soluble, you can’t overdose on it, what you don’t need is carried out in your urine. The biggest thing I noticed was an improvement in my mood, energy and motivation, also it’s helped with my brain fog and memory. I’m gonna continue to use this for the rest of my life. Its a very good supplement and sublingual is best as a lot of people can have trouble converting b12 when they get to middle age, or they may not have enough stomach acid or intrinsic factor in the gut to convert it from normal tablet form

This works. Only minus is that you take just one drop a day, diluted in water, so not as easy to take as a spray

This is a valid product, and I will probably purchase it again. It has no artificial flavouring added, and the taste is mild. Depending on your needs, you only need one or two drops.

Bought to up our families b12 levels, as all showing low levels and needing a boost. Easy to take, no taste and even after a couple of days, we have all noticed a difference to how we feel.

Arrived on time. I take it everyday as i am vegan and as per my GP advise after checking b12 level to to correct a deficiency. After one month I feel so much better. Got more energy and lost the foggy head. My motivation improved. I use a drop sublingually each day. I haven't used it for long but I hope it is doing its job. I have plenty of supplements in tablet form and having this in such an easy way to take is heaven.
