I am an avid sound machine user and this has been amazing!! The numerous settings are awesome and it’s so easy to use. Battery life is good but I keep mine plugged up so I don’t have to worry about it. It has been durable and has improved my sleep quality greatly! The volume buttons are great and offer a lot of options and it is easy to turn on and off in the dark.

This machine has a good, rich sound. It fills the room nicely to drown out other noises and the options are soothing and varied. My child loves to choose a sound to fall asleep to and then later, I'll find my white noise of choice. Highly recommended. Good quality as well, he has played with it and knocked it around quite a bit and it still works well despite some dents in the speaker cover!

This thing is great!I need dark noise to sleep because I suffer from misophonia. The dark noise blocks out the random little sounds from my animals or outside that keep me from falling asleep/wake me up and blocks louder noises outside during the day.I was using the dark noise feature on my iPhone but it would randomly cut off in the middle of the night suddenly, causing me to wake up. This noise machine is a quality upgrade.There are many sound settings, but I only use the dark noise. So I can’t speak to any loops. However, the variety of sounds is nice to have, and I think there is something for everyone.For its size, this thing gets LOUD. I love the volume range.There are two minor things i wish i could change. First, it would be nice if the control buttons were illuminated. They are small and in the dark you can easily hit the wrong one. HOWEVER, there are dueling buttons for each function (back and forward for sound setting, up and down for volume) so it’s easy to get back to where you want to be.Second, the timer function is the same button as the power button. You have to long press the power button to turn the machine on and off and short press it to set the timer. There are 5 pin lights to indicate your timer setting which is convenient. However, it is very easy to accidentally turn on the timer. Many nights I’ve accidentally done so and woken up to a silent room after an hour. Also, convenient to some, annoying to me because of what I’ve described, the timer setting remains even when powering down. Sometimes I accidentally short press before long pressing, don’t realize, so the hour timing is set when I turn it back on. If I don’t notice the pin light, again I wake up in a quiet room.That being said, it’s really a minor thing that I’ve mostly adjusted to. My muscle memory has developed to long press, but I thought it was worth mentioning for new users.All in all, I’d absolutely recommend this sound machine! It’s a great product for the price.

This sound machine is small so it doesn't take up much room on the nightstand and yet it puts out really nice sound. I sleep to the sound of a river and I sleep great all night.

I love this! It is so little but puts out big sound. My issue is that it came with the wrong power adapter. Luckily, I had the correct one on hand, but it is pretty inconvenient to be supplied with the wrong power cord. Would be a 5 star if the correct cord was included.

This little sound machine comes preloaded with quite a few different sounds. The majority seem to be of high quality and this will certainly play as loudly as you're ever likely to need. You get not only the machine, but also a USB cable and what seems like a power adapter that's entirely adequate. (Of all the sounds it makes, only the railroad train comes across as a bit "contrived".)Having had it apart to see what was inside, I'm fairly confident it does not in fact produce truly random noise. There is a tiny microcontroller with its identifying markings removed, a flash memory chip and a small audio amplifier IC. This tells me that the sounds are likely looped, though even if they are, it has been done well.I was a bit surprised that an audio input wasn't included. It wouldn't have been difficult to add, and I think the speaker is of good enough quality that it could easily reproduce music or other sounds. Maybe there is a fancier model where this is possible?

Nice, compact unit with a decent-sounding and loud speaker. Unfortunately it had to be returned due to a flaw that other customers had reported. After about a week, the auto shutoff feature engaged itself, even though I had turned it off. I use a white noise machine to stay asleep through the night, and this one began getting quieter until it would shut off completely.

Love this! Totally saved my sleep! I have crazy annoying and rude neighbors who blast music at unsociable hours. This blocks the noise enough that I can sleep. Love how it’s portable and easy to travel with. Love it so much that we bought multiples as gifts.
