Just Get it and Experience
I received this item promptly and used it promptly (as in immediately), which I don't do. OMG, this is a wonderful therapy gadget. It is not hard plastic. You don't usually expect to get comfort and pain relief, but with this, I felt both. I am not a person who only writes positive reviews; I write honest reviews. The nodes on the item are effective. The only concern I may have is whether the surface will wear out with continuous use. I am on the smaller side, both vertically and sideways.I saw some negative reviews. I suspect they have not used these self-help pain relief gadgets in the past, or it may not suit their body type. All I would say is get and experience it. I am optimistic that you will not return.Enjoy if you decide to buy it.

Stretch
I bought this as suffer with mid thoracic and neck issues. Good, comfortable, easy to use after a few trys. Great product and good price. Very sturdy too.

Not doing much for me.
Neither provides traction nor relief from muscolar tension. If moving whilst lying on it is like a very light massage, but nothing to change tight muscles. I use a lacrosse ball for that but with caution. Not sure why there are great reviews, but it may be working for others. I now use it as a bath pillow or back rest support as it is waterproof and determined to make some use of it.

I didn’t find this helpful at all, returned it
It’s quite small. The bumps didn’t really align with my anatomy. We’re all shaped so differently; how could this work for a 5’ petite lady and also a 6’4” body building man? It doesn’t, of course. One size doesn’t fit all; and it didn’t fit me (slim, 6’ tall male). My neck felt quite uncomfortable on it. One of the bumps aligned with my muscles and if I wriggled around on it, it felt like a bit of a massage but was quite a lot of effort. I really can’t see how just lying on it would do anything. It didn’t for me. I returned mine.

Amazing.
Really comfortable. Not as scary as it looks. Gently presses the muscles. I really like it.

Uncomfortable at the start, that’s probably a good thing
The media could not be loaded. At the time of this review you can buy this ‘device’ for around £36This is not a cheap product but if you are in pain you will seek help if a device at this price point will help. This is a large piece of foam, firm but a bit flexible. You can use this device sitting over laying downThe advice in the leaflet is different to this Amazon advert.I have attached photographs from the info leaflet for your information.I’ve now used this a few times, just once or twice a day.I started sitting in a chair and progressed to the hard floor. It does feel uncomfortable when first using it.I jumped in with the full ten minutes for a first go and found that it became more comfortable as the minutes passed.I certainly found it better than the foam neck pillow versions of this.Ultimately, everyone’s body is different and this may help you or it may not.I will continue using it for a while, at this time do feel it improves my postureI can’t bring myself to give it five stars yet, partly because of the price.I will come back if I charge my mind with what I have written so far.I hope the photographs, video and review is helpful if you are thinking about ordering one..
