Great tool, easy to use

These are fantastic. Well worth the money. Cuts 4mm solid wire effortlessly. Highly recommended.

Another outstanding bit of kit by knipex. I chose to pay a little extra, and went for the sprung pair of these quality mini bolt/wire curlers. Great choice if your going to use these repetitively! Cuts strong piano wire easily, thin steel rod, copper wire, nails, staples thick gauge fishing hooks and most other things within reason. I haven’t came across anything up to now it wouldn’t cut. But bear in mind if your planning to buy them specifically for bolts you would be better going for something a bit bigger. They have a handy catch that locks them closed so they take up less space among your tools, and it also stops them from wearing the cutting edge too I suppose! I managed to get them for a decent price by trawling Amazon (£30 ish as opposed to over £55 some were charging). They weren’t on special offer and I’m not getting any form of payment or discount for writing this review. Yes I’d buy them again, they’re Knipex quality!

This is a gift for my daughter who uses all kinds of tools to make wonderful things. She had borrowed one of these from a friend and was so impressed, said she would like one for her birthday. She said they are easy to use and very precise with cutting. All in all she was delighted.

Cuts through M5 steel bolts, which is what I wanted it for. Takes a bit of force due to those being 5mm, but I tried it on M4's too and it cuts those with ease. Highly recommended for the DIY motorist like me.

Si filo ha durado mucho y ha cortado gran cantidad de tornillos y materiales , sin embargo es únicamente para cosas pequeñas ya que por el tamaño muchas veces no entra en las mandibulas pero aún así sigue siendo una super pinza

O Knipex Cobolt já é uma referência mundial quando se fala de alicate para cortes de material rígido. Extremamente eficiente e robusto, tem ótima ergonomia e sua capacidade de corte para seu tamanho (200mm) é impressionante. Alicate fabricado na Alemanha, muito bem acabado, e útil. Uma excelente solução para quem ainda insiste em utilizar os alicates universais ou Lineman para cortar pregos, parafusos ou arames. Recomendo plenamente!
