The best wire cutter/stripper/plier combination.
In my pursuit of excellence, I’ve recently begun the process of decluttering my toolbox, removing unused and low-quality tools, and replacing them with top-notch equipment. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with various brands and models. However, the KNIPEX Forged Wire Stripper 10-20 AWG stands out as the best among them. With sharp cutting edges and comfortable handles, it performs exceptionally well as both pliers and a wire stripper. It can strip and cut both solid and stranded wire between 10 and 20 AWG, making it a versatile tool for various electrical tasks. La herramienta perfecta para hacer trabajo de Electricista
Excelentes pinzas para electricista. Permite pelar perfectamente cables de los calibres especificados. Las puntas de pinza permiten torcer los cables perfectamente y tiene un gran agarre. Con el hueco redondo en la punta se pueden hacer los ganchos en el alambre muy bien. Las cuchillas de corte son extraordinarias y el sistema de corte de tornillos funciona perfectamente. El resorte de apertura y el sistema de bloqueo son las únicas partes con las que tengo un pequeño inconveniente. El sistema de bloqueo deja tantito abiertas las pinzas, nada grave pero no me encanta y el resorte a veces no abre las pinzas lo suficiente para introducir por arriba un cable de calibre 12 o mayor y necesita una ayudadita. He probado múltiples pinzas para pelar de electricista y estas hacen el trabajo no solo de las pinzas para pelar sino también el de las pinzas de electricista normales. La calidad de manufactura es excelente: lo esperado de Knipex.
