DOUBLE BUBBLE
As with all the Dummies books, this one tackles the subject in an easy-to-understand and logical way. My slightly negative comment is that, in some areas, it duplicates what is in Event Management for Dummies - but perhaps that can't be helped. However, I did find the sponsorship chapters useful. Providing a basic framework for novices and a mental and actual tick list for even the more experienced, it is certainly a useful 'bible' to have handy in the office.

Not what I was looking for
Not really what I expected. I'm an event planner and was looking for insight tips on how to plan an event, but in the perspective of the company, not the client itself. I guess it serves well for self employee, it was just not what I was expecting

Helpful and easy to read
I've only just started this but it is an easy read, and helpful giving good tips on how to organize events.

As stated.
Didn't like the layout or quality of this book. Feels a bit cheap and nasty. Not set out in a manner that I like bit jumbled up.

Great if you're studying Event Planning!
This book is great for people that are studying event/wedding planning - I am and I purchased this book along with the Wedding planning for dummies, they have helped me a lot!
