The product itself - I am very pleased. I was very worried that it got beat up but the packaging was good and prevented any damage during shipping. The desk is genuinely sturdy and attractive. The file drawer does indeed come with the pieces to hold hanging folders, with some extra space on the side and it’s adjustable if you need it to be a different width. The parts were labeled well, and it comes with everything you need to make it (plus gloves which seemed unnecessary to me lol but it’s nice they thought about it for people who might feel more comfortable with hand protection). Spare parts are included intentionally, so even if short (I was not shorted any parts, though) you’d likely be fine because of the spare parts bag. The instructions were clear and even noted when you shouldn’t tighten screws 100% yet, as well as when you should. Four different setup options were included in the manual, and which page to go to for your desired build was clear.Notes for assembly - this indeed CAN be fully constructed by one person who is small, short, and weak. I am a very petite and somewhat frail woman (I could barely slide the box along the floor to the room I needed haha), and I put this together by myself without issue. So, in theory, anyone can do this physically. HOWEVER, I am genuinely good at this kind of thing. I sometimes used some nearby chairs and desks or packing materials to support pieces, and/or turned them even though the manual didn’t say to, in order to do it alone and align things perfectly. If you are not great at assembly, this may be difficult if you don’t have a second person to occasionally hold pieces while you attach them. If you have a second person willing to hold things occasionally, you shouldn’t have any issues even if assembly isn’t your forte - even if briefly holding something idly is all they’re willing to do.

Nice desk. Easy to assemble. Came with all the tools for the job. Sturdy, good height. The LED lights are a really nice addition. Perfect for my home office.

This desk was really easy to put together, I did it myself in less than 2 hours! Everything was labeled nicely, with really clear instructions. All tools needed were included even a nice Phillips head and a glove! The filing cabinet is sturdy and rolls out smoothly!I’m so pleased I’m buying a 2nd one!

Great desk! Fits perfect in the corner of my room. Perfect height. Was super easy to build. Great quality and very functional.

When the box arrived it was a little beaten up at the corners, but after opening it I found all of the pieces intact and in perfect condition (there was plenty of Styrofoam at the corners and all around the pieces).Actually putting the desk together was pretty easy, and I appreciated that my instructions came with a reminder to not fully tighten screws at some of the steps, since I ended up rushing through a portion and had to unscrew a couple of things.I loved that the desk came with everything you needed to put it together, including extra parts, a glove, a couple of hex wrenches, and a screw driver. The instructions were clear, and I ended up putting the whole thing together in one night.I've been using the desk for a couple of weeks now and it's been perfect. It looks exactly like the picture, it's comfortable to use, and overall I'd say worth the price.

My husband got me this desk for Christmas .I love how it looks and how much space I have .It is nice and sleek and still gives me room to do all my crafting and other things I use the desk for .I love the lighting feature , makes it look real nice at night .I love that it is shaped so that you can move it in different ways and have it facing any way you want or need it depending on the room you have and where you may want it .I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice sleek , non bulking desk that gives you room to do things you need on it , as well , as looking nice .I also love the fact that it gives you a place to plug things in on the top of the desk , as well ,as USB plug ins.I am so happy I have this desk .

Original review: Purchased this a birthday gift, Dec 29th bd. We put it together a week later. The top shelf broke the 2nd week of use. She was ok with not having the top shelf. I should have returned then as that was a sign of the quality. One week after the return window closed the door on the cabinet started falling off. We kept putting it back on. Today it fell off and the "wood" busted into. I am very disappointed in this purchase. Unfortunately the price was not as cheap as the product. Save yourself some money and DO NOT BUY this desk, regardless of the good reviews. I buy A LOT of stuff from Amazon and always try to leave an honest review. So listen to me on this.Updated review:After I left my review I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund. Which I accepted. I recieved it 2 days later. While this desk didn't work out for me this seller certainly did. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again based on them making good on their products. It was past the refund window and they were under no obligation to issue a refund. Maybe the desk I recieved was an anomaly and the majority of them are good. Otherwise they would lose money having to refund everyone. I've increased my star rating based on the company.

The desk is beautiful, it came with all the right pieces and took us a couple hours to put together. The end results look exactly like the pictures advertised.
