These did a beautiful job!
I used these to make sauerkraut and they Dos a beautiful job keeping the kraut down under the liquid. The only small complaint that I have is that they weren’t quite wide enough for the jars I was using but they’re not going to perfectly fit every jar, so it’s okay. Instead, I used two of them at a time and it helped. The quality of them is great! They’re easy to lift out of the jars as they have a nice little nub/grip on them. I’d purchase them again if I needed more weights!

Doest fit all wide mason jars
Most of my wide mouth Mason jars are 1L size and these did not fit any of them. I have the odd smaller jar in which they will fit. It's literally a millimeter but unfortunately you can't squeeze glass.

I like these a lot.
Theses weights help me with making onion syrup during the winter months. Help to weigh and hold down the onion slices so they do not ferment while producing the onion honey juice. VERY helpful!
