Product looks and built quality is good but there are lot of bugs while using the camera on app. It is not recording the video continuously and sometimes playback is showing on app however most of the time playback is not showing on app when required which makes this camera useless and not surved the purpose. Support person behaviour also not good when I have described the issue and not got any solution till now. We can't return the product also.Hardly we can pay 3-5k for this product otherwise waste of money.

I am writing review after 6 month of use. I have installed in my Agri land and so far working good.Pros:Camera clarity is good based on 4MP and video recording also fine. Software features easy to use. Camera Tilt and connectivity works fine.No power required.Cons:During rainy time(mostly no sun) it records only motion tracking. Audio volume is not up to the mark since it’s outdoor.I am not sure customer support since haven’t faced any complaints.Finally its Value for money.

At the price which we are getting this camera is great, as well as the video quality is top notch, sim function works so well and the best thing about this camera is we dont have to put external wiring battery life and solar system is best.Call function and motion detection also works well. And for farm and resort where wiring is difficult i recommend this camera

Camera not detecting humans even in high sensitivity, I stood right in front of camera and it’s not detecting. Out of 10 times it detects just once, and even though no alert messages are sent, not working properly. No service support, no proper response from true view. Just a waste of money, 2 camera both same issue with true view. Tapo is better.Don’t waste money with this low quality product. Very expensive !
