Sturdy, fit well for my Height at 6' 2".

The cane is solid. The handle is heavy and attractive. The wood is attractive and nicely stained. The joints screw together nicely. It comes in three pieces. What I don’t like is the tip. It’s set up as a cane for appearance sake. It has a metal ferrule with a plastic/hard rubber tip to keep it from tapping the ground but it doesn’t have much of a grip for stability. I added a standard rubber tip but I might cut off the bottom and get a larger one. Plan on adding a tip if you want this as a walking aid.

I’ve been collecting walking sticks/canes from around the world for many years when I visit. I purchased this and was worried about its quality. I was very pleased with my purchase. It is not off the highest quality but certainly good enough for everyday use. Substantial feel.

I bought this cane for one of my students who was playing Aunt, March and little women and it totally did the trick! Very good quality for the price.

Each wood section is 12" and the handle is almost 6" so in total it is a 42" cane. That is too tall for most people including me (I'm 6'1"). The wood is solid and sturdy. The joins are mostly tight. However, I immediately had to dump the binding ring at the top since the handle and was joined incorrectly and could not be tight enough with the ring (see that in picture 2). It was beautiful and unique, but to use it I had to cut 4" off the bottom and replace the tip with a rubber foot. It worked wonderfully after removing the 4" and the brass ring. It was a "working" cane and not a prop. It worked just fine. However, after less than 2 months of daily use the "brass" has mostly worn away - it looked more coppery anyway and I as first just thought that my hands were removing the copper patina. But it appears that the "brass" finish was a thin layer over another metal. I can't tell if it is pot steel or iron - buy I stopped using it because I was concerned that the metal was entering my system. It is probably a great cane for a prop or occasional use, but don't count on using it daily.

My grandson used it for his homecoming dance and it was extremely good looking and pretty sturdy. I might use it when he's finished 😅
