It’s coming from Germany, the shipping was 13 $..the quality was very good, I can’t complain, I have used it for many years in Europe , it’s my favorite..a plus, I got it so fast, unexpectedly …the instructions are in different languages, but you don’t need a special training to use it, usually I keep it on my hair 30-40 min, rinse it and apply the balm (Daniela)

I am using this from several years. It's gentle with my hair and the color is like sun touched. Depend of the light it can show from darker to almost copper blond.

Beautiful brown (not overly warm toned)
I have darker brown hair but the shades that are supposed to be my shade (5 or 4) make my hair look almost black. I tried this one and added a gentle hue to my hair colour, without making it warm - brilliant.
