They work well for my “tennis elbow”.
Taken daily and long term they work very well for any issues I have with my “tennis elbow”. Probably also for any other joint issues.

Beware, Calcium Carbonate
On the ingredients it did not specify that this is the cheapest and worst form of Calcium (carbonate). There is a ton of information why you probably shouldn't take this. On top of this sold at premium - one of the more expensive supplements which you would think would be good quality. AVOID
