Great wooden pegs
These are great, much better than the plastic ones I had that would get brittle and break easily. I wish they were slightly bigger but that isn't really a problem just personal preference. They do seem to last well though.

Well made birch wood pegs
The media could not be loaded. My husband asked me to buy him some new pegs for down the allotment. He uses them to hold netting closed or on raspberry canes etc. He finds that these wooden type of pegs weather well and last far longer than the plastic varieties.For £2.56 you get 24 well made birch wood pegs, which is a good price in my opinion. The springs are firm, the wood is lovely and smooth and they are a good size at about 7.5cm x 1cm x 1.5cm. I am sure they will last a good amount of time.

They are much better than the plastic ones which seem to just twist ...
The wooden pegs are not as strong as they used to be some years ago but they are certainly adequate and I have used them a few times since they arrived and hung towels and trowsers and all sorts with them. They are much better than the plastic ones which seem to just twist in two so often when you are pegging out and have very little strength to hold things on the line. I woiuld have paid more for more robust wooden pegs but hey ho I couldnt find any that looked any larger or stronger than these. On the whole I am satisfied for they were not at all expensive and as I say they do the job but I do take care when I am pegging out to be careful with them.

Not very strong
These were cheap but I don’t expect them to last long, not very well made, but. Cheap and ok to take on self catering holliday I suppose or to hang not to heavy items of clothing out to dry

Fine if limitations accepted
Strong probably is pushing the description a bit far. Retro, vintage, are words to nicely emotively say 'basic'. So they're basic clothes pegs that aren't especially strong (either grip action or durability), doubt they'll last much more than a year and if you're washing often then possibly not a great idea. But for the price, if only doing a small wash that gets hung out every few days / weekly, then good deal. Probably the best indicator is if you think you need more than one pack, get something else.
