Good product. Built quality is good. Different attachment for your need is best. Heat mode doesn't produces much heat, but at this price, it's the best money can buy. I bought one for my in-laws and have ordered one more for my wife.

Comfortable massager relieves knotty upper backpain you have because of awkward sitting posture on chairs. the 3 modes are helpful in controlling the speeds and stimulating the back. Ooodles of button to control things makes operations lot more easier than "press it this way for this feature" interfaces others have. The heads are firmly put on the device by screwing them on instead of "push it firmly" heads making their usage much easier.All in all, it makes the device a premium one to own.

The media could not be loaded. I do have a hunch that the product is excellent - but without a proper manual, it is difficult to appreciate the full working. There is a reference to IR light in the Product box as well as Product page in Amazon. But how do we achieve the IR? I wish they produced a clear manual. I also wonder if I use the product correctly: is it supposed to be kept stattionary in one place and then move or do we constantly run it over the required portion of the body?**Update**The product is very heavy. Though the page says that it is 1 KG, it is actually 1.2 KG and it is almost impossible to use it by a non-youth. I am exploring the options including returning it.
