Great for 'cool' toned blondes
Great for just under the brow. I've been looking for something for cool toned skin, with not too much shimmer, a hint of palest pink... and I've found it! Very nice. It does seem to need sharpening very regularly though. Just need a sharpener that takes the size of this jumbo sized pencil. I tried buying one, and it was too large... Charlotte Tilbury though do a double one that fits it perfectly.
