Awesome laptop
Really no complaints. Finger sensor works well. I use nordVPN/password manager over the wallet with it, but the speed and features of this laptop is amazing. It 360's. It is fast. I can open up as many tabs as I want.

Questionable quality of build, died after 100 days...
I will say I loved the laptop when I first got it. Beautiful screens, nice specs, overall a seemingly great machine. Then out of the blue, 9 days after the warranty expires, it dies. blue screen of death, and endless loop of failed repairs and reinstalls. Very suspect quality on this unit. Sent in for repairs, if those don't go well, and the unit doesn't last as it should, will be the last time I trust a Lenovo laptop. Buyer beware...Got the laptop back, lasted 2 whole days before it started crashing again. Don't waste your time or money on this one...

Lenovo Needs to Rethink the Hinges
I bought this model less than 2 years ago. I had another Lenovo before this one that lasted more than five years and I had spent a month researching to find a model that I thought would carry me through another five years, plus a couple of nice features that were more for fun. This model has two hinges instead of the long one in the middle. They held the cover in place very well, no matter how I had it set. But that may also be its downfall. Now, I will admit the laptop fell one day to the floor (carpeted), hitting one of the corners. The laptop was closed at the time and damaged a small portion of the base corner and a scuff on the lid corner. Nothing else seemed wrong, the screen intact, and the laptop functioned as usual. About a week later, I noticed the bottom edge of the screen was not flush with the lid. I tried snapping it back in place and it would pop out again. Even with being more careful opening the lid, the hinge finally let go from under the screen. That portion of the hinge is metal, but its screwed into plastic. Considering the laptop landed on the outside corner and not where the hinge was, I'm not sure if the drop had anything to do with it. But I was dismayed to see that the hinge had been screwed into plastic. With the force it takes to open and move the lid where you want it, I had been concerned from the beginning how much strain it was putting on the hinges. Did the plastic start to crack before it fell from the stress or did the fall do the damage? The laptop still works, I just have to prop it up in order to use it. Unfortunately, most of what I had intended to use it for is no longer possible. Its probably repairable, but the fact that it cost as much as it did and having to shell out what would end up being half of its original cost to have it fixed is a little hard to swallow. You might want to think about extending your warranty. So if you decide this is the laptop for you, just be mindful of the hinges. Being able to flip your screen around is great, but do it with some care. And don't drop it. It may last you longer than mine did.

Love this computer
I bought this to use in my digital photography and design classes for college and it was worth every penny. Customer service was awesome! The laptop didn’t come with the pen in the package, they sent it out immediately and I received it 2 days later. Would highly recommend this seller!

Issues from the start
I got this laptop last August 2022 and within a month the system repeatedly and consistently couldnt find the network driver on certain networks. Trying to fix a network driver issue with no ethernet cable is almost impossible and customer support wasnt fixing the problem, just putting a bandaid on it. It was only when I had to send my laptop in for repairs because the hinges locked up and broke apart my screen after less than a year of use that everything was properly reinstalled and replaced. Now I have no issues but it would have been nice to start out that way.

Defintely read the reviews for this model
hinges came off with in 2 years just after the warranty. Left side first then right side. For something that is this expensive and geared towards students, you would think Lenovo would make a more durable product. I barely used the flip screen, only close and open the laptop like you would any laptop and it just came apart. very similar reviews too
