Decent protection for my insta360.It doesn’t seem to attract a lot of “fuzz” though.

This lens cap is designed to protect an Insta360 camera that does NOT already have lens protectors installed. The extra size of any permanent lens protector adds just enough bulk to make installation/removal very difficult, though not impossible.

Good scratch & impact protection for the X3's bulging fisheye lenses. Otherwise you can't safely set the camera down without being very careful with it. Or you have to put it back in the case every time, which still doesn't provide much in the way of padding.I traveled many thousands of miles (multi-mode) and this cover did not slip or come loose, and the lenses were undamaged under it. It comes off pretty easily but not so easily that it'll slip off from friction inside your camera bag. It does show salt stains from even a little salt water, but wiped clean just fine.It sort of bugs me that Insta360 doesn't provide any kind of lens cap with the X3 (just a soft case)... but this added-cost cover works, and fits exactly. So unless your X3 never goes far from home, you'll want this for moving around between capture locations.
