Very expensive, but highly recommended for elderly, by experts. Hard to say if my benefits were only due to glynac, but I am continuing to use it.

NAC supplements are meant to be good for your liver and there is evidence to support that. However these are quite strong supplements so check very carefully if they are suitable for you. These are quite easy to swallow and mostly avoided the unpleasant aroma that NAC supplements normally have.
