The idea that the drink is providing a healthy dose of fiber is so great to me because it’s widely understood that the healing powers of the aloe plant are way too numerous for me to even begin to comprehend what the benefits of a daily dose are… but I have noticed a significant improvement in my gastrointestinal function since I started drinking it regularly. I do know that the benefits of the aloe plant include being a natural source of healing and reparative energy and nutrients that are essential for the healthy growth of tissue in your body or other organs.

all flavors are great!!. coconut seems a little sweet. But still good.
