COOL SOCKS THAT PAMPER...
I wanted to try this product as a Foot Mask a new thing to me, and I spend a lot of my leisure time wearing wellington and other boots. As a result, my feet do become dry and tender and develop hard skin. These masks arrive in a sealed bag, with detailed instructions for use. Each mask is flat with a small opening which has a sealed peel-off cover. The mask itself is made of a white non-porous material. When I removed the peel-off cover, my first thought was " How do I get my foot through that small opening?". I was pleased to see that the material did, in fact, allow me to get my foot inside it without tearing. The immediate feeling was of coolness and was very soothing to the skin. The contents of the mask had a very pleasant clinical smell, and the Tea Tree Oil scent was obvious.I kept the masks on for the required 20 minutes. On removal, there was some residual product still on my feet, which I massaged into the skin as the instructions advised. My skin did feel moisturised and nourished. I did not notice any exfoliation, and I think that would be too much to expect from just one application ...So, there's the crunch- the masks are only suitable for single use and therefore further purchases would be necessary to continue treatment. At over £7.00 a time, this would soon become an expensive ritual to get into. Maybe they are meant to be an occasional pamper only- but I can't help wondering if a standard foot cream would not be a better and more economical way of achieving the same results ?In the end, the experience was enjoyable, and I felt I had pampered myself. Whether the effect is better or more effective than traditional foot creams cannot be judged by just the one use....

Work well but expensive!
Now, I have used many different foot masks before and as they usually only cost a pound or two, I was quite sceptical about what more these could do than the ones I’ve used in the past. I have to say though, they are way better!I much prefer the way these masks fit on your feet like socks rather than the boot types I’ve used before. Initially I couldn’t see how I’d fit my feet through the small holes, but they went through with no trouble at all. You simply remove the pink stickers and slip your foot inside the socks and they stay snuggly in place for the time you need to keep them on for. After 20 minutes you can slip the socks off and rub any excess residue into your feet. I then slipped on some cotton socks just to help hold the moisture in. I have to say these masks smell amazing and after use, my feet felt fabulous! It states that these masks will hydrate and nourish your feet and exfoliate cracked heels and dry skin. They definitely did that! Two days after use and my feet still feel great. My only negative about this product is the price! £7.50 is such a lot to spend on one pair of foot masks. Granted they do a lovely job, but at that price, it would have to be a treat once in a while rather than a regular treatment. If you buy these though you won’t be disappointed.

A real treat for the feet
Finding time to pamper my feet was more of a problem than this easy-to-apply foot mask. You need a good 20 minutes to be off your feet and to relax. With my busy household, just taking five minutes to put my feet up is nigh on impossible.Keen hiker, runner and gardener, my feet have cracked heels over the summer and hard skin in other places throughout the year. They always benefit from some tlc so this foot mask could have been designed with me in mind. The outer foil packaging was easy to tear open. The foot masks were clean and equally simple to use. Peel back an adhesive tape and slip your feet into the slipper. My feet measure size 6/39 and I do not have a wide fitting. Whilst these fitted my feet perfectly, I am not convinced that these would fit significantly longer or larger feetI used these after a relaxing soak in the bath. My feet felt particularly soft, moisturised and silky after use: this product is fabulous and a real treat for the feet.

Well worth a try ( by women or men)
As a long term (73 yr old male) T2 diabetic, footcare is a critical part of life so softening / hydrating the skin is a good thing but these are pricey as a “one use” item. Still, how did they perform in practice?Given that my feet are male size 9 (wide fit) I had expected a difficult fit but with the help of my wife these stretched on OK and were left on 20-30minutes.Diabetic feet often feel “woolly”. (yet are sensitive to touch). After treatment mine felt smooth, a lot of dirt had been removed and there was evident hydration. (Possibly not as much as is usually recommended given the creams which are recommended for a diabetic to apply!).So overall not at all bad, given that this was a severe test. As for value for money these are cheap compared to spa charges I have seenNOTE – I applied these socks from dry, the effect would probably have been even better if the feet had been pre-soaked and dried ( as in after a shower) – as in the above instructions on the Amazon page.

Good moisturising properties
As a male diabetic i suffer from dry soles/heels so decided to try these Emtrix Foot Masks. In terms of sizing I'm a size 8.5UK and these masks fitted well although they're a little awkward to put on. I do however like the fact that the cream is confined to the inside of the foot mask so won't get on carpets etc.I kept these foot masks on for 15-20 mins and found my feed nicely moisturised and the inside of the product almost dry. I am less convinced about the exfoliant properties - firstly, there was no mildly abrasive feel which you normally get from exfoliants and, secondly, my feet didn't as though any dead skin had actually been removed.Overall, I like these feet masks but think their main benefit is moisturisation rather than exfoliation. Secondly, they are expensive at over £7 for just one pair - you could buy a decent sized tube of foot balm and a pair of cheap socks for that which would provide many more treatments.
