Incorrect quantity in original and replacement orders
Did not receive 4 packs Butter Buds packet (as advertised) in the original or replacement order. Received 3 Butter Buds in both the original & replacement orders

nothing like the old version
This is a thick sauce, not a powder like we used to get. As such you cannot get it all out of the package, so wasting maybe 10% each time. Shelf life is also going to be shorter. Would like to see the old powder in a bottle back.Update: My second order of these came as a powder, yet in the same envelope. So is this a powder or a sauce?
