I wouldn't change a thing about this product. I love it, it looks awesome. Does the job, seems Luke good quality. Towed a 26ft loaded trailer with no issues.

I love this hitch. It is very solid and very easy to put on. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was,, since it comes with a lock pin for the shaft, it should also come with at least 1 if not both lock pins for the ball assembly. Otherwise, you still have to keep removing the ball part and keep in trunk to prevent theft of the very pretty gold double ball. Very nice though. I recommend.

It works great and adjusts easily, it doesn’t quite sit perfectly flat in the channel. But it does what it’s made for. Good paint and welds

The CROSSHIP adjustable trailer hitch comes with both 2-inch and 2-5/16-inch ball mounts and is easily adjusted to support a wide range of hitch heights. This unit is heavy but is solid metal. I bought it to easily change heights for a new trailer. I pulled with it for about 900 miles and it worked flawlessly. My trailers are either 2-inch or 2-5/16-inch so this is going to be handy for a long time.

Has pulled many different trailers including a heavily loaded 36ft enclosed up rough mountain roads without issue, and its fairly priced unlike a big name competitors hitch that is just like it, built just a good of quality as the other on the market also I would say

Haven't towed with it yet, but I pulled it out of the packaging. It's very heavy, the welds on the ball piece look great. Looks and feels very well-built, not cheap at all. Comes with the locking pin, sleeves for using on a bigger hitch setup, and a pair of gloves to keep your hands clean. We'll see how the powdercoat holds up when I start towing with it. The 25k weight limit seems too-good-to-be-true high. We shall see. The packaging was very impressive also. Nicely packed in foam to protect everything.

The build quality of this device is definitely very solid. I am just worried it’s not as solid as it’s ratted. I definitely won’t push it passed it’s limitations.
