FaithDail made me a VERY happy customer and updated to 5 Stars.
One was bent frame and lens. Left message to company but no response ☹️Nice for the price but customer service is non existent. Too bad because I wanted to buy more.UPDATE:. FaithSail contacted me to make this right. They replaced the bent light immediately and I was wrong, They really do care about customers and their products. I definitely recommend this light. Way brighter than the dual florescent it replaced, way brighter. Light weight with all fasteners included to align down the middle so no modifications we're needed when install. The second one was put in the garage and is brighter than the four pack of 40 watt bulbs. Connected it into the garage door activated and works perfect. I will order two more soon and the handyman was so impressed he is thinking ordering and recommending to others. Very low profile light for the hallway area but remember, it is brighter than you think. Again, thanks FaithSail for getting back with me and making this right. I blamed your customer service before for not getting back with me only to discover the whole issue was my mistake. I'm sorry and pulled my review and changed to 5 stars. This light and FaithSail customer service is better than good, it is great! Both deserve more than 5 stars and my stupidity gets 2stars. Easy to install the lens cover also. Again, thanks for a quality light fixture, great service, and fast delivery. Those of you thinking of ordering, go for it. These are very bright and easy to install.I typed this on a cracked lens phone, so pls ignore any typos.

I can see the garage again
Wow, nice and bright compared to my old garage lights. This fixture makes such a difference that I want to replace all of the old fixtures. Installation was good. I will be reordering more to replace the old fixtures. A great purchase.

A suitable light, at a price that's right, and delivered to your door!
After reading all of the horrible negative reviews for this light, post purchase, I began to worry. After having recieved the package, those reviews became hilarious. Clearly, the customers posting those reviews have no tools, knowledge or general d.i.y. skills. To be honest, I apparently hadn't understood that this light was an l.e.d strip light, and not a tube light, like a traditional fluorescent. That was my mistake. It is only two, fixed l.e.d strips, and not replaceable l.e.d tubes. That was a little disappointing, but my mistake. All of that aside, the light is ample for my basement location, and one of the easiest electrical installs that can be done, if you have minimal skill. If you have ever installed a ceiling fan, this will be a breeze for you.Previous reviewers complained that it had to be installed to a junction box. While a junction box is highly recommended for this it isn't a do, or die. There is a provision for mounting the light to a junction box, and it is the manufacturers recommendation to do so. With that being said, there are additional mounting holes provided at both ends of the fixture. In addition, if necessary, (if you own a drill and a bit) you can easily drill additional holes to mount the light flush to a framing member, such as a joist or stud. In my case, I mounted a new junction box close to the light, and made my connections there, then drilled two additional holes, to mount it directly to the overhead floor joist. All total, from unpacking the box, to turning on the switch, it took me about 45 minutes to complete, without being in a hurry. In conclusion, if you need an inespensive, functional light, with no frills, and possess a modicum of skill, this little light will suit your needs. It checked all of the boxes for me. It was definitely an upgrade from an old, single incandescent bulb. The light is most definitely a no frills fixture; it isn't pretty to look at, and it's not a heavy duty element, but it certainly gets the job done.

very decent
I was very pleased with this. Although at first when I got it I was wondering if I was fooled because it's so light but nope I opened it and led bulbs in a strip inside. The great thing is it was lightweight during installation it could use a few more hole options for mounting but since it was so light was easy to hold up as I screwed it in. The fake glass aka plastic seemed to be a little flimsy but didn't break in shipping and sturdy as most other types. The outer metal frame that held this felt like wasn't going to fit but it did. So by time I was all done I was somewhat shocked it was this easy to work with compared to other lights. The brightness seemed much improved over the past LED lights a decade ago. They were equal to the other garage lights that were not LEDs. The lights take a 1/2-1 second slower response but if you had nothing to compare doesn't really matter. That being said I seen a degrade in performance once it's really cold out in some lights in power & response, I will have to wait until winter to see if this is improved as well as the light level. But even if a decrease response time outside doesn't matter much. It's very nice I recommend this because besides the improvement in energy, installment and it's also cheaper. Yes! Great by product is that you don't have to replace bulbs keeping extra T-4 bulbs up in the rafters. Also if they break or replace you got to worry about mercury getting on your body. I don't think you break these little bulbs. In past, I had led bulbs inside my closet also get shorted out with just normal power variations of old housing but new ones I seen in recent years have be able to last to on/off day after day conditions.

Good price, good brightness, low energy consumption
Over time, I have bought six of these for different applications - two laundry room, two kitchen, two barn. All to replace an existing fluorescent fixture or fixtures. The price is always the same, the performance is always the same, but there are subtle manufacturing differences from one to the next. One pair will be constructed one way, the next pair another, and this time I bought two of them a few months apart. They were identical externally, but had very different kinds of transformers. So far, I have been happy with all of them. They are affordable, bright, and consume a fraction of the energy of the fluorescent lights they replaced. And, of course, I don't have to replace tubes in them as I had to continually do with fluorescents.
